Encounter with woods

Today I visited Yoshino village in Nara in order to choose natural woods for the installation of our new café gallery at Yasaka. Beautiful sunbeams and a blue sky made the village shine brilliantly in a greening of trees. As I had the innate ability to communicate with trees and flowers, etc, a wood seemed to call me. It was a straight cedar wood that was ready to tell the truth of life. Another maple wood was telling a story of love. The other pine wood attracted me so much as it told me about living together in eternity that I have decided to make out of it tables and chairs for my new shop at Yasaka. The owner of the wood company realized how I loved woods so he showed me a special piece of wood that was over one thousand years old and presented it to me as a gift for celebrating the opening of my new shop. I myself trembled with excitement. Everything seemed to be ready for a café gallery at Yasaka where Koguryo’s people, my ancestors, used to live. From there I would diffuse the energy of love and truth to the rest of the world. On the way back to Osaka in a train, I passed through Nara and Heujou castle ruins that were full of ancient atmosphere, fresh green light and pleasant breezes. In the sunset, white clouds were ascending towards Heaven to tell me that our future would be glorious.
