The tower of Yasaka

P1010609.JPG.jpegMountains behind Nijo castle made me recall my father and spontaneously I called his name. My voice echoed to my heart and I shed tears. I felt as if my father were here in this town. Indeed my father’s soul should be here. Then I went to Yasaka to have a meeting on my new café gallery and I visited the tower of Yasaka after the meeting. It was opening hour and I could enter the tower. I thought it was my first time but soon after I entered it and was surrounded by the smell of old wood, I recalled that I used to be here in my teens. An information board read as a tower stretching towards Heaven and as the center of a heart as well. This was indeed the core spirituality of Koguryo. I received a message from the land saying that this used to be the home of Koma and was lived in by Koguryo’s people. Because the world far beyond the universe was wide open to us, hidden truth in history manifested itself. Under a beautiful blue sky, I had a really pleasant time in the afternoon as vigorous blue trees were saying farewell to the remaining heat of summer. I could imagine a similar summer day in ancient times. People cherished their yearning for the home land of Koguryo in China’s continent situated far across a vast sea.
Now their soul has encountered light coming from far beyond the universe, resurrected, and was addressing to me with a gust of wind their wish to collaborate with us to build an ideal nation. The land of Yasaka taught me that at the origin of human spirituality, in the eternal world, I could freely meet with any one in the remote past and live together. Koguro’s spirituality become eternal, and was paving a way for fulfilling the entire world with glorious light.
