Koguryo’s objects

A supporter of  NPO KOMA has brought me precious objects discovered in ancient historic ruins of Koguryo in Huanren and in Jian and they are now displayed in the basement gallery of Café Akira. Carved figures of demons and design patterns are familiar to me as they are made after Koguryo’s traditions. I can also sense from them an aroma of Koguryo. As I have installed my photos of Koguryo around them, the space was filled with the atmosphere of Koguryo and a breeze of Koguryo was blowing. So I named the exhibition “Breezes of Koguryo”. Eventually I touched them in order to receive messages in the same manner as I listened to messages from Mother Earth and from historic sites all over the world. I felt extreme tension at the time of battle, warmth among fellow people, their unity of heart and Heavenly energy that blessed them. I realized that even a mere object was preserving the energy of people’s souls. Therefore we have to live an authentic life true to divine light, as traces of our life shall remain forever.
