The Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered

The sky of Tokyo was also very dramatic and a stream of clouds was heading towards Mt, Fuji that was shining beautifully in the sunset. Quite naturally I exclaimed with joy at the historic and mysterious light-scape. A new era has indeed arrived. I anticipated many new wonderful things to happen in this divine age. Today I watched DVDs of the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concerts held last year in Kyoto and Nara. They demonstrated an eternal life in the world of souls and I realized that true beauty was to live in the eternal world. I recalled that wishing to trace the origin of my lost parents I had visited the ruins of Tyre city in Lebanon nine thousands years ago, and I encountered my father’s soul who was standing shining brilliantly and taught me that beauty was eternal. The Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concert was expressing this beauty of eternal life. A scene of Amnokkwang river with special music naturally made me shed tears as I realized that my soul knew the warmth of being together, winds and aroma of land of Koguryo, sadness of separation and the arrival of a great moment of joy by getting together again. Mr. Idaki Shin had marvelously expressed the depth of my heart, and my soul trembled. Every moment I could encounter souls of ancient people. While my poems of souls expressed the truth of history, he manifested the space of truth and rebirth of life. I believed that each spectator would have also experienced the supreme joy of being fully embraced and nursed by everything in one’s life in the past. I encountered my deepest wish that showed me a bearing for my future. I felt deeply obliged as my concert was globally contributing to opening up a new era for every human life to live on.
