A new day

I woke up on the first day in Beirut surrounded by big noises coming from the streets, which were very familiar to me. The sea was as blue as what I called Phoenician blue, however something looked different and I realized the tense circumstances of the city. Mr. Idaki Shin instructed all of us not to go out alone. I became excited just by staying in Lebanon as it was the heart of my favorite Phoenician civilization so I said to myself to be wise and concentrate myself to contribute to global peace. Mr. Idaki Shin has started to respond to the negative state of people’s lives and has been struggling with them. I should never be distracted by things of secondary importance.
Later Prof. Ghazi brought me the newly published book of my poetry in Arabic. Its cover photo was of me standing in front of king Kotai’s tomb in Jiian, taken by Mr. Idaki Shin. The other photo used for the flip of the cover was the one that he took under the arch of Tyre. Both photos captured the image of an ideal self that I have been wishing to become. Inside the book there were photos of Mt. Gojo, the stele of king Kotai, Amnokkwang river, an arch in Syria and a blue heavenly pond. The Arabic alphabet marvelously suited my photos and I rejoiced at everything. So Mr. Idaki Shin repeatedly told me with a big smile that I should be the happiest person in the world. I recalled that my photos at the Armenia concert looked completely different and they showed me an unknown self of mine.
We talked at a coffee shop near Mr. Ghazi’s home. It was a place famous for exhibiting art works by a modern artist from Iraq. I consulted Prof. Ghazi on how we could realize my deepest wish to organize as many Idaki Shin concerts as possible in order to share the precious experience of the new world of authentic peace and the future of humankind. Then he explained to us how terribly the region was facing ever increasing conflicts and aggressions and that we needed to make our future plans very carefully. Mr. Idaki Shin asked him if he noticed a big change in my life and he said I looked more vigorous. In reality I have been suffering from unstable blood pressure and have always been carrying a measurement device with me. He further explained to Prof Ghazi that my ancestors such as king Tomei and Kotai could not live a long life, so as far as my life was assimilated to their soul I would have repeated the pattern of their short life. Owing to Mr. Idaki Shin we could change destiny and make a miraculous recovery from any negative condition in our lives. I believed that nobody on earth should miss this special opportunity to be a person contemporary with Mr. Idaki Shin.
