Yesterday’s experience at Master Idaki Shin’s concert in Mitaka became an experience unlike anything I have ever experienced before, and it was difficult to express in words. I could experience living life in the new era and experience the eternal world beyond life and death. I feel the joy of finally being able to embody a new way of living. The infinitely beautiful sound of the piano made my soul tremble. It was a succession of deep, profound sounds that felt as though they were expressing many souls and beings, everything living in this universe. And yet, the sound was transparent, clear, and beautiful without end, and I was deeply moved from the bottom of my heart. To be able to spend such an irreplaceable moment in life, listening to the piano, thinking about living, and coming to understand how to live as a human being, is truly a great happiness.
I am always concerned about the world, and I find within me an urge to change the world in which precious lives are lost through unreasonable and illogical circumstances, and in which people experience unbearable sorrow. While here in Japan, I think constantly about how to live and what to do. As I have come to understand more about how human beings work, I have realized that there are things I can do while being in Japan. I have decided to live so that the world may become peaceful, and I spend each day accordingly. And now, each day naturally becomes a day of purification as I move toward the “Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered” to be held on October 1st. I receive this as an opportunity to clear everything from the past, and day by day, my feelings of gratitude deepen. Thank you for this precious day.
