I am glad to see that since yesterday darkness is melting away and a new flow of life is being born. Rather than living in a world that is fading away, my life wants to live toward light, where I keep rising and creating a new world. Every day, following my life’s desire, I keep living toward the future by expressing my innermost demands that emerge from meeting the future as I want to make moves that change the current situation. Finally, I see signs of a new movement emerging. I now focus on keeping my heart beautiful and clear to prevent myself from being caught in darkness. As darkness is everywhere, I’ve sadly felt for a long time that I lose myself if I do not refine my internality. I’m working every day to live a new life, a life filled with light, to build the first step toward creating a new history. Thankfully, as if projected by light, darkness is being revealed, which allows me to change every day by noticing it. And I devote myself to being fully engaged in anything I do to pave the way for the future. A sense of gratitude fills me every day as when I work on things in earnest, I can find answers and move forward. I envision a future where we will rise at once. I learned that living a life filled with love is the way to overcome anything and create a path forward.

Today, we held a “Food and Health Workshop” at Cafe Komaya. Thanks to the advice and guidance of the health coach, my internal health has improved to an extent that even my doctor calls it ideal. Food is important, and when the condition of your life before taking food is rich and when you are rich inside and have good relationships with others, you live blissfully. I deeply understand that being happy is what is best for the body. I am so grateful that because we have experienced many lectures and concerts by Master Idaki Shin, we are clear and, indeed, “good” inside, which allows us to have “good” relationships with others. Now is the time to come together to work toward changing the current situation. Gathering people exert power. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, we will gather and have conversations born from the innermost demands of our lives. Thank you very much.
