Do we call this a “Yuki-Sakura” (Yuki is snow and Sakura is cherry blossom in Japanese)? In the land of Sendai where snow was falling, I saw a cherry blossom in bloom. From a scene of an ancient times or a scene from a future far beyond, I felt grateful for being given an opportunity to take a leap into a world transcending time and space. The snow-scape of mountains and open fields covered in snow was also seen as well. Although the season is spring, the landscape I saw was a different world. This year’s spring is a completely different spring. A time of a great transition has arrived. Since few days ago, I see clearly that being self-centered or selfish will ruin oneself. I trembled from seeing a dark veil of selfishness covering the top of my head. I have been aware of it but when I saw that this is what we call selfish, I was terrified from the core of my life. I realized that it is a state where one will no longer deepen one’s thought, thinking that it is a natural thing. Moreover, I visualized that a person’s head is surrounded by devils when one believes that one’s own logic is right. Seeing that this is what self-destruction is about, I understood that now is the time when we cannot continue to live without changing ourselves from the very core. Fortunately, we can escape and change ourselves when we recognize our own state of being. I felt like my life was saved. Humans are now living in an era that is different from the past, and the season is also completely different as well. From the scene of a cherry blossom flowering in the snow, I envisioned that everything is surely now reversed. An era where there is no choice for humankind but to become an authentic human, and an era where truth can only live, is what I have long waited for. From now on, I will express and bring out the best of my innate ability to create the future and just move on as I see fit. I will live the new era of humankind and create a world for the future where people can continue to live. Thank you very much.
